At Honey Seafood Kitchen, we believe in using only the highest quality ingredients. That is why we source all of our seafood from sustainable sources around the world.
For our wild blue crabs, we use a species known as Portunus Pelagicus which is found in the waters between Algeria and Libya. This species is similar to another blue crab called Portunus Trituberculatus found in Korea, but it is much softer and easier for consumption.
We also use octopus (Octopus Vulgaris) and squid (Loligo Vulgaris) sourced from Angola, two seafood items considered high quality food items in Japan.
